We employ a multi-step process, during which we work closely with you and your subject matter experts to ensure that the final product addresses all of your requirements.

During the initial phase of development, our Instructional Designers will work with your subject matter experts to identify the information or knowledge that your employees need to acquire.

Once they’ve identified the course content, our Instructional Designers build the storyboard that our Graphic Artists and Programmers will use to create the final course. The storyboard is the blueprint for the course and you’re subject matter experts play an active role in developing this blueprint. During every phase of the development process, we give your subject matter experts the opportunity to provide feedback, and request changes. We’ll only proceed to the next stage of development once we’ve gotten their stamp of approval.
