Shell Scotford Upgrader

In 2009, SMT was awarded a contract to develop over 140 hours of computer-based training for the Scotford Upgrader Expansion project. SMT Learning worked with Shell’s subject matter experts to identify the material that would need to go into the CBT modules. The training was developed over a period of 14 months.
