SMT Learning developed eight courses for ParaMed Home Health Care. The information in these courses was taken from existing powerpoint presentations and speaker notes. You see, before SMT Learning developed these courses, the training was conducted over the phone (by way of scheduled conference call training sessions). SMT Learning was able to take all of the existing content and convert it into an online format. As a result, this soft skills portion of the employee training is now completely asynchronous.
